We continually vet contractors thoroughly to ensure we only use companies providing the very best quality of workmanship and at a competitive price, keeping landlords worry-free. If you have a preferred contractor you wish us to use, just let us know and we will use only them for responding to call outs to your property. We also agree expenditure thresholds for dealing with any issue (except emergencies) so you will know that you won’t receive a heavy bill from us without your prior agreement.
We carry out a thorough inspection every year providing you with a full report on the condition of your property and provide you with any recommendations we may have for undertaking any improvements should they be required. Keeping your property in prime condition improves tenant retention whilst also reducing any void period should your tenant decide to leave.
We offer our management services to all landlords even if it has been let by another agent or privately. We don’t like to restrict anyone from finding out how good we are!
