Atmospheric lighting
One of the areas in which we have gone just that little bit further in our attention to detail is the lighting, giving you in every room three layers of light. Light that you can customise. In the bedrooms and living rooms we have installed dimmer switches to give you complete control over the level of light; good lighting levels when you need them, yet sufficient low-level ambient light to create an intimate atmosphere.
THREE LAYERS OF LIGHT.
Halogen downlights in the living areas and bedrooms are angled in the ceiling so as to create a softer light which is reflected from the walls. Light reflected in this way bathes a room in a highly diffused, soft, warm light and creates an ambience in keeping with your décor.
Dimmer switches in the bedrooms give you complete control over the level of light; good lighting levels when you need them, yet sufficient low-level ambient light to create an intimate atmosphere.
In the main living area there is a wire running from the switch at the door to the centre of the room - this wire isn’t attached to anything, yet. Controlled from the main wall switch, it’s above the ceiling just waiting for your preferred use, so you can plug in that stunning crystal chandelier or connect a ceiling fan effortlessly.
KITCHENS

From the moment your feet touch the under-floor heated tiled floors you know you are being pampered. Bathrooms feature the smooth, clean lines of wall hung Duravit sanitary ware, stylish chrome fittings and neutral ceramic floor and wall tiles from the luxury Porcelanosa range.
Large luxuriously deep baths designed by Philipe Stark, deep enough to float in, and long enough for two! We try to think of everything so there are no taps over the bath to catch yourself on; the bath fills from the overflow valve – shouldn’t they always have. The hand shower over the bath is also from Philippe Stark.
Huge designer sinks by Duravit are fitted with taps of simplicity and elegance from Hans Grohe.
Toilets are wall hung for easy cleaning underneath and to continue the smooth line of the designer styling. We have even sound proofed the cistern so that it won’t disturb others.
We have also installed special daylight balanced lighting for the mirror that provides the correct natural light in which to apply makeup
